David Scott

David, one of Rambutan’s founders, designs programmes, sessions, workshops and conferences on diverse topics such as leadership, culture change and coaching. David has a passion for helping to get the best from people and encouraging them to give their best. He has supported many organisations including numerous NHS Trusts, Amnesty International, The Multiple Sclerosis Society, Panasonic, Nest Pensions and The University of Nottingham (to name but a few) make tangible and sustainable improvements to their leadership and culture.

He combines over 20 years of consulting experience with stints as an Operations Director and Divisional Executive in retail; meaning that his clients benefit from his interventions being firmly rooted in the real world!

David is an LSI (Life Styles Inventory) accredited coach, a Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and he’s recently been awarded a Post-Graduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching.
