I’m a trainee health psychologist in the final year of my doctoral studies at the University of the West of England. I currently work in an intermediate care setting, supporting patients with a wide range of health conditions. My doctoral research focuses on exploring subjective attitudes towards falls prevention among community-dwelling adults, with the aim of improving engagement and tailoring interventions.
I hold a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Health Psychology. I’m certified to deliver a broad range of psychological assessments and interventions, and I’m also trained in Cognitive Stimulation Therapy. My professional interests include health behavior change, rehabilitation psychology, and developing accessible, evidence-based interventions for diverse populations.
