Dionne Standbridge

Dionne Standbridge is the Associate Director of Improvement at Manchester Royal Infirmary.  She has significant experience of working within and across organisations to improve outcomes for individuals and communities.  Her recent experience includes delivering large-scale improvement programmes across MRI, developing transformation plans for an Integrated Care Partnership and leading service improvement across both NHS and local authority organisations.  Dionne is passionate about empowering colleagues to design and deliver change,  and strongly believes that people, rather than processes, are the driving force for improvement.  Follow @coolasdionne on Twitter, where she promises not to post too many photos of her grandchildren!
