Dr Amir Hannan

Dr Amir Hannan is a full-time General Practitioner at Haughton Thornley Medical Centres, an Outstanding GP practice in Hyde, Chair of West Pennine Local Medical Committee, and Chair of the Association of Greater Manchester Local Medical Committees. Developing a “Partnership of Trust” between patient, carer and clinician, the practice has enabled over 9000 citizens (74% of total population) to see what their doctor or nurse have written about them including free text as well as coded data, helping them to self-care and gain a better understanding of their health and healthcare needs. @amirhannan
