Dr Czarina Kirk MB BCH BaO Dip MH FRCPsych , Consultant Neuropsychiatrist working in the Forensic Brain Injury Service at Guild Lodge, Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. I am dual trained in Addiction Psychiatry. I am Clinical Lead for the Forensic Brain Injury Service which is the only NHS service of its kind in the UK providing Low and Medium Secure Forensic neuro-rehabilitation. I am Vice Chair for the Faculty of Neuropsychiatry at the Royal College of Psychiatrists. I am also a member of the ABI Justice Network. Outside of the NHS I have a role as an expert witness providing assessment of individuals with  a brain injury and neuropsychiatric conditions in the Criminal Justice System.
