Dr Dawood Anwar

Dr Anwar is a clinician by background holding membership with the Royal of College of Surgeons as well as the Royal College of General Practitioners. He has developed a keen interest in primary urgent care service provision, especially the integration of services to simplify the patient journey. He has led on significant development and transformation work at SPCT and introduced EPiC 24 service. This has recently been recognised as one of the first urgent treatment centres of its kind. Other than urgent care, Dr Anwar’s clinical interest include MSK medicine in both primary and secondary care settings.
