I am an Emergency Medicine Consultant who was also Associate Medical Director and Deputy RO at Gloucestershire Hospitals until 2024. I was then appointed as Clinical Lead for the Virtual Wards and we have been growing our service since then. I have an MSc in Patient Safety and have recently completed a Coaching for System Improvement course.
