Dr Ian Godber

Ian is a consultant clinical scientist in Clinical Biochemistry based in Glasgow, Scotland. He was the Clinical lead for the Scottish Clinical Biochemistry Managed Diagnostic Network from 2016-2020 and has had an interest in laboratory quality, automation and informatics throughout his career. In 2025 Ian took up the role of President of the Association for Laboratory Medicine in the UK and will be the Congress president for the international EuroMedLab congress when it is held in London in 2027.
