Dr Naveen Madhavan

Having held analytical and managerial roles in the private sector for 14 years, Naveen joined Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) in 2009 to manage the performance of GP System Suppliers before taking on responsibility for national services in secondary care such as the Welsh Clinical Portal and the Welsh Patient Referral Service. He has been responsible for the national pathology service in Wales in 2017, has a PhD on the value of clinical information systems and has published various articles in high impact journals.
