Dr Nnaemeka Nnamani

I am a specialty doctor in Acute medicine, SMART Virtual Ward MFT, focused on technology and digital innovation in patient’s care. I am currently part of the clinicians on SMART virtual ward, providing initiatives and safety, efficiency and patient centred care using RPM at the comfort of their home. My roles are but not limited to real time clinical decision making, treatment plan and escalations, digital pathway development, multidisciplinary collaborations to optimise virtual care delivery for acutely unwell patient. I am  passionate, with strong commitment to hospital at home, on enhancing and transforming healthcare systems in NHS through digital model.
