Dr Paul Armitage

Dr Paul Armitage – Clinical Director for SHS since 2016, Dr Armitage divides his time between clinical leadership and governance, consultancy and regular sessional roles within Prison and in community practice as a GP. He is also a GP Appraiser.

Dr Armitage was previously a GP Principal in community practice, Clinical Director for a cluster of prisons in the South West where he led the introduction of QOF in the secure sector. He is a GPwSI for CHD and heart failure.
