It was great to join the Convenzis team again for the patient flow event. As always, the team were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. The quality of attendees is always of a high standard and relevant to the patient flow and to us also. We continue to have great discussions and footfall around our stand with no need to try and encourage people to come and see us. Chief Medical Information Officer, GP Registrar and ex Senior Advisor to the Chief Workforce Officer of the NHS

Raees has held a range of leadership roles across the NHS while completing his medical training.
He has previously worked as Senior Advisor to the Chief Workforce Officer and National Director for People of the NHS. His remit at the time involved provided providing strategy, policy and clinical input into work relating the NHS Workforce, this includes areas such as workforce planning, staff experience and leadership.
Before taking up his role as Senior Advisor, Raees completed the National Medical Director’s Clinical Fellowship Scheme where he was based at HEE and led on the publication of a national report, set up HEE’s inaugural Trainee Forum under the sponsorship of Prof Chris Whitty and contributed extensively to education policy and strategy. He also has experience in private sector consulting where he used his knowledge to solve complex health problems at various levels.
Alongside his clinical work, he currently serves as Chief Medical Information Officer at a greater London Trust where he is using digital solutions to improve clinical productivity and patient care.
Raees is passionate about using his clinical work and various experiences to bring meaningful change to our patients and wider NHS.
