Dr Rebecca Payne

Dr Rebecca Payne is the National Professional Advisor on Urgent Primary care at CQC. Previous roles include Chair of RCGP Wales, Primary Care clinical director and unscheduled primary care lead for Aneurin Bevan health board and Medical advisor to North Wales GPOOH service. As a portfolio GP, she works clinically out of hours for Shropdoc where she is also a non-executive director, as well as in digital healthcare. She teaches communication skills at Cardiff University. Rebecca tweets as @oohgpwales and enjoys spending time in Anglesey as well as traditional crafts such as spinning wool and embroidery.
