Dr Rishi Duggal

Rishi is an Anaesthetist and Clinical Programme Lead for Digital Development at NHS England and Chair of the Clinical Information Advisory Group at NHS Digital. He focuses on providing clinical and digital leadership, governance and engagement within the NHS England Digital Urgent and Emergency Care programmes. An advocate of using technology to safely improve the health of whole populations, he completed the National Medical Director’s Clinical Fellow scheme at the CQC, and Darzi Fellowship reporting to the Medical Director of a major London NHS Trust. Holding a keen interest in sports, Rishi is the Stadium Medical Lead at Tottenham Hotspur FC.
