Dr Sam Gower

Dr. Sam Gower is the Clinical Director for Personalised Healthcare Commissioning with Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit, (MLCSU), starting this role in 2021. MLCSU are the largest commissioner of Continuing Healthcare in England with an annual care spend of c£950m. Prior to this current role with MLCSU, Dr. Gower was the Clinical Director with Pieta House, the Irish national suicide and self-harm charity. He is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in healthcare and mental health commissioning, clinical delivery and governance.
