Former GP, Mediator, Executive Coach and Leadership Trainer
Sarah qualified as a doctor in 1998 and has experience in clinical, facilitation, mediation, appraisal, coaching and leadership roles in healthcare; working with clinicians and managers in a variety of healthcare settings, to identify the root cause of issues & challenges faced.
She worked as a GP for 20yrs and gained a wide range of skills and competencies through creating and delivering professional skills training, mainly for doctors. She developed a special interest in reducing medicolegal and burnout risk through optimising clinician communication & interpersonal skills, mindset tools and application to real-life.
Sarah has held leadership roles, regionally and nationally, including as PCN Clinical Director, in a medical defence setting, NHS Resolution in the PPA division and at one of the Royal Colleges as interim Director of Education.
