Dr. Sheikh Mateen Ellahi is a GP Partner at Elm Tree Medical Centre, ranked the number one practice in the UK by patients on Google, and a senior advisor in digital health and primary care transformation. With a career spanning frontline medicine, leadership, and consultancy, he brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and system-level innovation to his roles.

He also serves as Clinical Director and Clinical Safety officer. Beyond this, he has provided consultancy support to practices facing operational challenges, helping to improve patient access, strengthen governance, and grow list sizes.

Dr. Mateen has spoken internationally on healthcare innovation including at the Global Health Exhibition in Riyadh in 2025. His interests include digital health, primary care system design, and preventative models of care aligned with global health transformation.
