Trudie is the CEO and Founder of BelleVie Care Home, an innovative home care start-up that has earned multiple awards for its people-powered, tech-enabled, and purpose-driven approach to care. Inspired by the success of Buurtzorg in the Netherlands and agile software development teams, BelleVie developed their own model of self-managing teams. Their new ways of working significantly enhance the experience of both care workers and the individuals they serve. Their Wellbeing Operating System (OS) technology platform supports other providers to evolve their own ways of working.
