With over 15 year’s process transformation experience, Ed is “passionate about the process”. He leads a global team of experienced Business Process Consultants, working with customers in the private and public sectors to deliver innovation, based on a process-first approach to the introduction of technology. This approach provides change rapidly; with less resource and sustainable results. Working with Ed and the team, Roc’s customers have won process excellence awards including Dixons Carphone, Sony and BAE Systems, where Ed was personally cited.
