As Managing Partner of Laurel Bank Surgery, a 16,300‑patient rural dispensing practice in Cheshire, he is driving proposals for a new Neighbourhood Health Centre and building strong relationships across NHS, local authority, and VCSFE partners to make it a reality. Edward’s work champions flexible workspace design, multi‑session utilisation, community‑sector involvement in practice buildings, and seamless digital integration with wider care services. His ambition is to reduce estate pressures across the system and expand access to high‑quality care for rural communities showcasing how neighbourhood working can transform the future of primary care.
