Elaine Hepburn

Elaine leads a team of conflict resolution specialists at CMP resolutions. She is a skilled mediator, an inspiring trainer and an insightful coach and consultant, with a career of over 15 years in conflict resolution. Over this time, she has gained a rich diversity of experience, providing consultancy, training and facilitating one-to-one and team mediations across a wide spectrum of workplaces and cultures in the UK and abroad. Her passion is supporting organisations to handle conflict more effectively, to help harness the positive opportunity of the inevitable differences between us and so move closer towards the psychologically safe, ‘clear air’ cultures which are beneficial to us all.
