Lived Experience Lead for the Womens Review

Emma has extensive knowledge of the criminal justice system and has held roles as a senior support worker, involvement manager as well as Lived experience Deputy Expert Advisor to NHS Health & Justice National Team, leading on Women and Children & Young People, both groups of people Emma is extremely passionate about. Her role involved providing leadership and advice on all matters of Lived Experience to enable H&J to fulfil its strategic purpose and to ensure it executes its responsibilities to NHS England s health inequalities agenda. During this time Emma lead on lived experience for the womens review, ensuring the womens voice was at the heart of the report and recommendations.

Emma is passionate about system changes and improvements within the Criminal Justice System and the inclusion of people with lived experience within such changes.
