Erica leads the digital innovation portfolio for outpatient transformation at Mid & South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, driving cross-Trust initiatives including AI, intelligent automation, and outpatient service redesign. She is a passionate advocate for the role of innovation in accelerating change, improving outcomes for patients, supporting elective recovery, and creating better conditions for the NHS workforce.

A seasoned transformation leader, Erica is committed to scaling bottom-up change by designing and delivering digital solutions that address real-world challenges.
