Francesca Markland

Francesca has been working in the remote monitoring space for the London Region Digital team since the start of the pandemic. Francesca supported London ICBs to stand up remote monitoring programmes in Care Homes and respiratory pathways as part of the Covid response through the Regional Scaling Programme; growing to include LTC, VWs and MH RM by the end of the programme.   

Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders from health, care, academia and Industry on planning, implementation, change management, workforce, delivery, evaluation and benefits at pace over the pandemic; Francesca has a quickly developed a wealth of knowledge and wide network of relationships in the digital healthcare sector. 

As part of the London VW Programme team, Francesca provides digital transformation and technology expertise to London ICB VWs leads and engages with Industry to influence and support clinically driven innovation.
