I lead complex digital health transformation programmes that sit at the intersection of solution design, sales, procurement, and delivery. I specialise in shaping and executing strategies that turn technology propositions into sustainable, real‑world improvements for healthcare systems.
I joined InterSystems in 2013 and have worked across our international customer base, and in recent years have focussed on a number of transformation programmes for the Health Service Executive in the Republic of Ireland.
My work focuses on conceiving and delivering strategic digital health solutions – including enterprise and national scale electronic patient records, medicines management, and data platform programmes – that are grounded in evidence‑led discovery, robust governance, and deep stakeholder engagement.
I started my career in academic medicine, having completed undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from the schools of computer science, management and medicine. For the last 25 years I have worked for international digital health software suppliers.
