Gayle Dellow

I started my working life by spending over 10 years working a variety of IT roles including consultancy, data analysis, web design, telephone support, software testing, installations and training. I was also one of the first people to graduate with an MSc in IT Service Management.

I chose to change careers and qualified with a BSc (Hons) Midwifery 1st. Since then I have worked in all areas of maternity care including Continuity of care. My current role as Digital Midwife allows use of both sides of my career to complement each other and work towards a digital transformation of maternity services.

I am currently leading a project that will ensure the trust are 95% paperless by the end of the year for maternity care.
