Gil Ramsden is a Leeds trained nurse, midwife and general practice nursing leader whose 42 year career spans primary care, social care and wider community health services.
From her early days in a portacabin surgery then leading one of the largest nursing teams in the country, her strategic roles have shaped and strengthened cross sector training infrastructures and enabled system level workforce transformation, education and integrated care development across the North East and Yorkshire, the North West and the Midlands.
Now the Professional Lead for General Practice Nursing in Leeds, Gil provides strategic insight on placement innovation, early career development and multi professional workforce design.
