NHS Jobs, the NHS Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system, NHS Pensions and HR Shared Services support employees through their career journey with the NHS. Gordon believes the purpose of NHSBSA Workforce Services is to provide services that support employees, provide value for money, enable workforce decision making, are easy to use and consider how we can work together differently to deliver patient care.

Gordon understands how important it is for services to align with user needs, help NHS organisations with their plans for transformation and support the wider heath and care system in meeting the obligations of the NHS People Plan.
