Guy Atkins

Artist-researcher

Guy Atkins (he/they) is an artist-researcher, writer and educator. A graduate of Oxford University and Goldsmiths College, their practice includes support for democratic flows of action which offer new ways to look at social institutions. Projects include ‘Save Our Placards’ (2011 - 2014), a collecting project around anti-austerity activism,  ’And There Was Brian' (2018 - ongoing), a site-specific audio monument to peace campaigner Brian Haw, and 'We Are What We Eat' (2022), a visual inquiry into prison food by the Pentonville Prison Art Group.
