Hannah Bacon

Hannah Bacon is the Pathology Programme Manager for Northumbria Healthcare NHS FT, leading major transformation initiatives across pathology services.

She was Project Manager for the organisations Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) replacement programme, successfully delivered both on time and on budget.  She is currently driving the departments Blood Sciences transformation programme, including the design and transition to a new purpose‑built, fully automated laboratory.

With a background in digital systems and project delivery, she brings a strong blend of technical understanding and organisational change expertise. She holds a BA (Hons) in Leadership and Management and a PgCert in Change and Leadership. She is also a member of the Chartered Management Institute and a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner.
