Hannah Roots

Hannah has 15 years’ background in the not-for-profit sector and has provided consultancy support to over 70 organisations. This has focused on strategy to shape positive change and growth, impact evaluation and income generation, contributing to organisational development, efficacy and sustainability.

Hannah has a solution-focused mindset, driving performance improvements to ensure delivery truly aligns with organisational values.

Hannah holds an ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Level 7 qualification in coaching and mentoring. In her spare time Hannah hoovers up leadership and behaviour books!

Hannah’s consultancy work has involved leading two Nursing and Midwifery Leadership Development Programmes and facilitating Civility Saves Lives sessions for various NHS trusts. Alongside her work with the NHS, she’s also worked closely with East of England Co-op, Amnesty International, University of Nottingham and Christian Aid.
