Helen Holmes-Fogg is CEO of the National Association of Sessional GPs and a Trustee of the British Safety Council. With over 25 years in NHS leadership, she has designed and developed services including Integrated Urgent Care, NHS111 and Silverline, and shaped national Primary Care transformation as blueprinting lead for NHSE. A former founder CEO of West Lancashire GP Federation and strategic lead in digital health at Redmoor Health, Helen combines frontline insight with national policy experience, championing innovation, digital transformation and the portfolio workforce. As leader of the UK’s only membership body for non-traditional GPs, she is driving collaborative ways of working with LMCs, workforce leads and provider organisations to harness workforce flexibility, meet evolving patient and clinician needs, and maintain stability across frontline patient and provider services.
