Helen Marie Hunter MSc, MCIPD, UKCP is a values-driven Executive Coach, Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and senior Talent and Leadership specialist with over 15 years’ experience working at board level across Healthcare, Aviation, Retail and Global Corporate environments.

Formerly Head of Talent & Development at Heathrow Airport and Head of Leadership Development at BAA, Helen has led large-scale culture transformation, succession planning and leadership frameworks for workforces of up to 10,000 employees. Her work has delivered significant internal mobility, cost savings and measurable improvements in engagement and performance.

Helen now works across NHS and public sector systems, designing and delivering leadership programmes that build empowered, reflective and accountable cultures. She combines strategic HR expertise with deep relational insight, drawing on Transactional Analysis, executive coaching and psychometrics to support sustainable personal and organisational change.

She currently facilitates senior leadership programmes for Bucks Health and Social Care Academy and works in private practice coaching executives and senior clinicians.
