Several national awards have acknowledged her contribution to the team as well as individually being awarded for her key successes which include: The creation of an intelligent automation to automatically cancel unwanted Outpatient appointments upon receipt of a patient text message saving £2.1m over 12 months and repurposing 13,000 appointments. Isobel was awarded a Commendation Award for Outstanding Contribution by the Chief Executive for this solution. Contributing to the development of an Antibody Testing bot saving thousands of hours and ensuring admin staff could cope with increased demand during COVID.
