James Fitton (MSc, MA, MBA, FRSA) began his career managing mental health and learning disability services across several areas of the North West of England.
He joined Niche in 2000, and as a Partner has specialised in evaluation and assurance work, with projects ranging from large multi-site longitudinal research, to small and focussed assurance reviews. He has a particular interest in evidence-based practice, and the various ways in which research and day-to-day service development interact.
