Jamie Fletcher is an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, Joint Clinical Lead for the Admission Avoidance Team (alongside Nicola Luhar), and ACP Lead for the Trust. He also serves as a Knowledge Mobilisation Champion with Greater Manchester ARC, supporting the implementation of research and evidence into clinical practice. Jamie has a particular interest in service transformation, advanced practice leadership, workforce development, and improving patient care through innovative community-based healthcare models.
