Jasmine Penny

With a career spanning the NHS and private healthcare, I work at the intersection of transformation, governance and system/organisational delivery.

I am currently an Associate Director of PMO & Assurance, leading and influencing at senior level across transformation programmes, programme governance, delivery oversight and organisational assurance. My focus is on creating the structure, insight and accountability needed to translate strategic priorities into deliverable programmes, while maintaining a clear focus on productivity, financial sustainability and measurable outcomes. 

My experience has developed across workforce transformation, service delivery, programme leadership and system improvement, with a consistent focus on how organisations can build the capability, leadership and infrastructure required to deliver sustainable change at scale.

I am particularly interested in how transformation, workforce intelligence, strong governance and financial sustainability come together to improve performance and outcomes across complex healthcare systems.

Alongside my role, I support healthcare professionals in developing their leadership pathways and career direction, particularly those progressing into senior roles within the NHS.
