Jason Greasley

Jason is a leadership and management consultant, and the head of coaching and leadership transformation for the Buckinghamshire Health and Social Care Academy. His career started off as a Junior Leader in the British army at the ripe old age of 15 and finished as a sergeant major many years later.

Highly qualified in leadership, management, and executive coaching, supported with extensive experience within a variety of different roles and environments including combat. He has a wealth of life experience gained during his career within the British Army, NHS, charitable sector and now across Health and Social care.
