Jeevan Gunaratnam

Jeevan Gunaratnam is the Chair of AXREM, the UK trade association representing suppliers of diagnostic medical imaging, radiotherapy, healthcare IT and care equipment. Alongside his AXREM role, Jeevan serves as Director of Health Systems for Philips UK & Ireland, where he leads on strategy and partnerships focused on innovation, integration, and delivering sustainable healthcare transformation across the NHS.

With over two decades of experience in medical technology and health systems leadership, Jeevan is passionate about enabling clinically led, data-driven approaches to care delivery. He works closely with NHS partners and industry collaborators to support service transformation, improve patient outcomes, and accelerate the adoption of digital and imaging innovations.

Jeevan is recognised across the sector for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to advancing technology’s role in improving the efficiency and quality of healthcare across the UK.
