I have worked in Health and care for 20 years in the public and private sectors. Prior to COVID-19, my recent roles included operational delivery and national performance management and support. As part of the pandemic response, I took on roles initially setting up and running a 1500 bed field hospital in the Principality Stadium Cardiff and 8 weeks ago as COO for NHS Wales Test, Trace and Protect.
