I am the network lead for Blood Sciences at the Scarborough, Hull, York Pathology Service, responsible for managing blood sciences across 4 hospitals. I have worked in York for over 25 years and as a manager for the past 20 years so have gained considerable experience of dealing with change and people. In addition, I am currently the Past President of the IBMS.
