Edge of Possible Consultancy
John-Paul is a healthcare consultant with over a decade of experience leading change across the NHS, specialising in tackling health inequalities, cancer outcomes, and systemic transformation. As Cancer Outcomes Programme Manager for Surrey and Sussex Cancer Alliance, he developed the region’s first cancer inequalities strategy, secured national funding to improve early diagnosis for vulnerable populations, and oversaw the integration of genomics and personalised care into cancer pathways.
With a career spanning clinical networks, mental health, and community-based prevention, John-Paul has consistently brought together clinicians, patients, charities, and system leaders to deliver measurable improvements in outcomes. From playing a lead role in establishing nationally pioneering community work to eliminate Hepatitis C in disadvantaged communities, to reducing avoidable admissions from care homes.
Now as founder of Edge of Possible Consultancy, he advises NHS organisations, local authorities, and charities on how to build collaborative, human centred approaches to healthcare change. Combining data driven insight, innovation and a passion for engaging people with needs, he is committed to creating practical solutions, improve patient experience, and close the gap in outcomes for underserved communities.
