Joyce Bowler

With over 35 years as a Registered Nurse and over 15 years in CHC, Joyce is a CHC subject matter expert and has built an extremely knowledgeable AACC clinical team at MHS. She is the Clinical Director for all MHS contracts from service reviews to leadership of the assessment and review teams. Joyce has extensive experience in all aspects of AACC and the application of respective frameworks and Acts of Law to commissioning policies. Joyce is a transformational manager with a proven track record of high-level performance utilising excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and the ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial internal and external relationships.
