Julia Pledger

Julia has had a long career working in the field of diabetes. As well as her clinical role, delivering direct education and care, she is involved in the strategic planning and co-ordination of services for people with diabetes. Working closely with Clinical Commissioning Groups and other relevant organisations she has played a key role in developing the model of care for delivering diabetes services locally. Julia is now the Clinical Lead for the Integrated Community Diabetes Service for Bedfordshire.
