I have worked as Chief Nurse for HC-One since Oct 2021, I have a wide range of experience of operational and strategic delivery within the NHS, and Independent sector. My core principles and values are underpinned by my professional nursing background and include:

I have a comprehensive, system-wide view of all aspects of health and social care delivery. My roles within the Strategic Health Authority, NHS England and NHS/Independent/ Social Care provider sector have given me a position from which to develop an understanding of the changing health and social care landscape.

I have extensive NHS and Independent Health Care experience of overseeing and driving improvement in the quality and safety of services.
