Juliet Hammond

Juliet is an experienced CHC Clinical Lead with over 10 years’ experience in Continuing Healthcare. Throughout her career, she has been a strong advocate for best practice and person-centred care, consistently empowering others to recognise and utilise their skills and strengths.

She is passionate about embracing innovative and efficient digital solutions to enhance healthcare delivery and improve service provision. Juliet is a dedicated leader, manager, and educator, committed to developing both individuals and services within health and social care.

In addition to her clinical leadership role, she is an Associate Lecturer, an author, and the founder of the Mount Moriah Foundation. Her work is driven by a deep understanding of the challenges within health and social care, and the impact these can have on individuals’ everyday lives—insight she has developed through research undertaken during her postgraduate studies.
