Juliette Kumar

Juliette is a manager, expert facilitator, coach and improver. She leads on the development of a system culture for innovation and improvement at the Innovation Agency and in 2018 she set up the Coaching Academy at the IA to deliver learning experiences for individuals and teams aimed at building positive cultures for this innovation and improvement.

Her 25 year career in the NHS began in nursing and then moved seamlessly into improving the quality of care for patients and their families. Juliette became curious about methods beyond that of traditional quality improvement tools and techniques, which led her to explore the application of facilitation, coaching and communities of practice as tools that support development of relational and cultural aspects of improvement
