Karen is Co-Founder of Praxis and a Senior Leadership Partner. She works within NHS England in urgent and emergency care improvement and brings over 20 years’ experience leading transformation across complex systems.

She supports senior leaders to cut through the noise, have the conversations others avoid, and take action when it matters most. Known for her calm, grounded style, Karen helps leaders turn clarity into results and make leadership real in the everyday moments that count.

At Praxis, she believes leadership is forged in real time in the conversations people avoid, the decisions they postpone, and the actions that shape outcomes.
