Kat‘s background is in service development and she works with commissioners, transformation, service and clinical leads to optimise pathways between primary, secondary and ambulance teams to reduce unnecessary attendances across urgent and elective care. She has rolled out large scale Advice & Guidance and Call before Convey programmes across the NHS, including in North Central London and Herts West Essex.
