Kate has been a registered Occupational Therapist since 2001 and currently works as a Clinical Project Manager in Mental Health. Kate has led on transformation projects in child and adult mental health including those in the acute, community and local authority sectors. Kate has skills in systematic evidence search, critical analysis of health research and data analysis. Kate is a QSIR practitioner.

Kate’s previous roles have included as a Clinical Effectiveness Manager for SCW providing evidence-based reviews to inform clinical policies, strategic planning and service redesign, working as a Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist in Neurological Rehabilitation, and as a Team Lead in NHS Continuing Care.

Kate has an MSc in Public Health with distinction (2020) and is currently completing a PGDip in Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties in children and young people.
